Have a look at how its trading slick. Anytime the a buy happens that lifts the price, a sell will happen to lower it. The small SOI is against any large buy or sell.
I have found that I need to wait for the sell price to come on down and then buy at market.
Still a few months to wait, so am going slow and steady.
