My first theory is that maybe RRL think that they might be able to use their expertise to enhance Tropicana, even though they are not the operator. Just a theory.
My second theory is that if POG goes up, which many goldies expect, then $2.70 could soon become the floor of the SP instead of being the ceiling atm.
My third theory is that the selling will eventually subside as all the panic-stricken sellers will eventually have no more shares left to sell so they will become fewer and fewer.
