I completely disagree with your premise and you provide no rational reasoning for what I see as a conspiracy theory rather than presenting any facts. My uncle was quite well off in a country that has an excellent health system and he passed away as he had Sepsis. The 7 year old girl that passed away in the WA childrens hospital would have had a long and bright life ahead of her. If we go down the unsubstantiated path of reasoning, who knows, she might have developed the cure for cancer but then for you I guess that would also never be released.
Again, this is the worlds second largest killer according to some statistics so there is a big driver to save these lives.
