Yep - this is great progress for WZR.

They are now able to get funding from International Banks at much cheaper rates - rather than relying on the big four banks, Challenger etc here in Australia.

The AAA rating is also great news, and obviously helped to decrease the average lending rate to 1.5%.

This will clearly get WZR to cash flow positive & profitability much sooner - if they can:

    1. Continue to increase their customer numbers.
    2. Keep their bad debts really low their bad debts are extremely low right now & the economy looks pretty strong.
    3. Continue to scale their loan book up.

There was a great interview about WZR with Andrew Younis from Shaw & Partners on L_vewire yesterday (with James Gerrish).

It is well worth a listen as it explains the business in great detail, and also talks about why they made the latest investment in European Fintech Platform Arbor.

One of the reasons is that it gives WZR access to more products to take to the Australian market over time.

He made the comment that WZR is going to be a very exciting business 1 or 2 years down the track
