I wonder if there was a strategic decision behind delaying the roll-out of the software with the preference now being for the hospitals to utilise the scanners in lieu of just the software.
From the Grant announcement (2/03/2020) the scanners will significantly increase revenue opportunities.
Having the extra funding would've provided them with a huge opportunity to accelerate the integration of the scanners and this might not have been known at the end of last year.
