If a collective group with the votes and commen objective does not move into the Sweeney corner, it is game over and 36c will be coming your way in December. Thats the reality, like it or lump it.
More can be done before the vote with the right numbers.
All I can say is, what have you got to lose in giving The Sweeney Team a chance in getting these litigation costs creditied back to the pool.
With enough pressure, ANZ will be forced to respond to get rid of their mess once an for all.
