Sounds like it. So they went out to get more cash before they actually knew what they were sitting on? I thought smart management would be 100% sure of their asset prior to investing/wasting time and SH cash on a CR. Sure it might not be that simple but pretty big stuff up. Don't worry though - those execs will get their annual salary.
