Okay, back on topic re Gerdau.

It's now been almost 5 weeks since the first announcement regarding a contractual agreement/joint venture between FGR & Gerdau S.A. This was reinforced about 2.5 weeks later using similar language.

We can probably assume that the lawyers have been hard at work with drafts going back and forward between the companies. Based upon the most recent information on the topic, we shouldn't be far off the finalization of the formal agreement. What form it will take is anybody's guess, so we wait with bated breath. As many have said previously, as long as it comes with an iron clad agreement by Gerdau to purchase graphene, I'll be happy.

Here's hoping it all comes to fruition fellow holders. Of course, DYOR

There are certainly many of us on HC who share your sentiments.

I am sure many of us have had experience with lawyers in the business world and these interactions do move at glacial speed. But, you must think we are getting close to some announcement and I am praying that the news is good in the form of a contract for sales.
