If no substance why is Canstruct running around the top end trying to find people and businesses to help mobilise come on stash so negative all the time. Do you reckon they've been sold a pipe dream as well and what about the WA government they seemed a bit circumspect and built their road a year later than NT govt but they are building it right now surely that speaks volumes. I can't imagine McGowan building a road to nowhere.
