I think MOS will be able to ultilise much of their existing infrastructure. I think they have much of the pipeline, probably have some of the compression facilities, and hopefully the environmental issues won't be a drama as Silver Springs is an existing field.
Given the costs you mention, and the lack of big cash balanaces of MOS, one would expect that MOS would not purchase the base gas, but build it into the rental charges somehow.
Its interesting, because once the LNG plants start to ramp up, they are talking about drilling 10,000 wells+, so many of those will have gas storage requirements, instead of flaring the gas.
If someone was inclined, one might ask MOS to provide some info to s/h.
