This is from the NTEPA webpage:

The NT EPA must provide an assessment report and accompanying advice to the Minister within 45
business days of the completion of the submission period on the supplement. If the NT EPA is required to
seek further information at the completion of the submission period on the supplement, it must do so
within 20 business days of the completion of the submission period. The time to prepare the assessment
report is reduced by any period between completion of the submission period and the issue of the
additional information request.

I think the NTEPA asked for the addition information on the 19th or 20th business day after the submission period. This means the NTEPA will have 25 or 26 business days to complete its report once TNG provide the information requested. (Happy to be corrected if I've interpreted that wrong.)

Hopefully TNG will advise what's involved in the information request and the timeframe it will take TNG to respond in the next week or two, once they have had an in-depth look at what the NTEPA have requested.

I'm going to go against the flow here for the moment and put a pause on the public lynching of TNG management until we get the detail. Possibly its something TNG could or should have covered in the Supplement and management and/or the consultants are at fault. It's also possible it was something from left field arising from a public submission that could not be reasonably anticipated, particularly considering the proposal has changed a lot from the original, for eg the recycling water component is all new and the proposal now involves more CO2 output.

Anyway, having held for 6 years, I'll continue to hold. There will be a special place in shareholder heaven for all of us holders if this comes off. Which I think it will. Eventually.
