Yes let’s look at it this way 2 extra labourers for 7 day in Byford or a team of bricklayers for 5-7 weeks . How it was finished is irrelevant if the outcome is the same ,it was actually built in record time and finished to a high standard . The Dayton build was done this way so it could be shown that bricklayers can work side by side with HX product and type of build. Respect
