Interesting Disco , looking back at the cancelled resolution 6 from the last AGM , which included the CEO performance rights . 8 million shares were to be awarded for the execution of a global telecommunication contract .
The latest convertible note just so happens to be for 8.3 million shares , coincidence ? . I wonder if a global telco contract is nearing and by global , do you think that is domestic within Australia , or do you think it is international via the Microsoft / Metaswitch partnership ? . What do you think ?

Also interesting looking back at resolution 6 , for some reason the company was expecting large inward cash flows filling the bank account , I wonder what gave them this impression ? Must have been expectations of partnerships and new telco deals I would think .
