I remember that the corporate admin cost is about $1.8M/qtr. Assuming labour cost increase by 20%, that would translate to $360K. Now if DCN is to produce 28Koz, the extra AISC cost will be $360,000/28,000 = $12.8/oz. Not a lot in term of an increase in ASIC. If think a night of good GP run will easily overcome this increase!!!
