Good call hoob, you are pretty well on the money. The only possible option to get some more money now is to try and have ANZ top the pot up to cover the legal fees that have been unfairly distributed to them from all creditors.
The only way for this to happen to to have enough creditors want that to occur before the vote. The court feels it is unfair, and if enough creditors thought so, it may just happen.
If that cannot not happen between now and the vote, 37c may be where the mark will remain unless the judge thinks not for the final say.
