Think about it
There is no possinble way that an action could be brought against MM, and if that is the quality of legal advice that the director of IMF is getting or giving, then the action will be lost.
An action for lack of disclosure could only be brought against OZL the company, the Board or individually against the Directors. Most likely it could only be brought against the company or Board. Negligence claims could possibly be brought against the Directors or the Board.
MM have nothing to do with the lack of disclosure and stupid decisions unless some sort of conspiracy could be proved.
