The grade seems high when you base it on 100 tonnes, but the value is low compared to the high cost to mine these days.
If the average price is US$108.00 per carat, the return is US$1620.00 per 100 tonnes mined.
Seems quite marginal at best considering the cost to purchase the mine and set up costs.
