    Yes, essential points to bear in mind when considering this stock dharry! Still, I'd hold even if the div was 8-12% over the next 4 year cycle. Any less than 8 though and I'd drop it immediately.

    Fingers crossed the regulators are having a good day when they next make their final decision!
