So share price reversal on the Million Dollar Deal day is PROOF that Dave Gelbaum is involved in Capping the Dyesol SP.

I've written to Sylvia about this a week ago but have received No reply.
This is not surprising.There is little that can be done about it under the terms of Dave and Free Enterprise.

Dyesol is NOT any longer listed on the ASX Official Short List.A year or so ago it was but NOT now.

I have not been able to find out if Dye can be shorted on the GERMAN Exchange.

The only suggestion I could make to our Sylvia was to put someone on the Share Register Transaction Watch.
Check if Dave is selling High and buying Low with a Net Effect of Selling.

It is completely Legal for Dave to transact either way approx 1.2 million shares WITHOUT having to put in a Sub Note Change
ie he could sell a million shares at say 85/90 cents,buy a million shares at 76/80,then sell 1.3 million at 80/85 and ONLY be required to Report that last transaction.

Do you follow?Yes it is VERY Convoluted but such a system allows a minimisation of his Losses and is a very Hedge Fund action.

Realise Dave's stake was at $1.60 Average Price and he's now Selling at approx HALF that Buy Price.That is if he's NOT doing the ploy outlined above.

I reckon it's mostly happening because of Dave's involvement with Israeli mob 3GSolar.I recently found info that 3GSolar deal to be listed on the Canadian Exchange has fallen thru.At least the Investment Company who was to facilitate the Listing has pulled out and is wanting to be paid back it's costs.
