IMO.. I have a different view
Dont you think its prudent to keep the profits that have been building to cover the growth expenses?
Expansion costs $$$.. and if you can fund it out of the coffers, the company value increases and we shareholders will benefit...unless your in it for a pump and dump.
CEO's ,and i'm sure the Sales Head, incentives are based on results, not announcements or market sentiment.
