If any investors actually did any proper research. The MAJORITY of the IPO funds were cashing out SVM and their big debt hole.
Also, the CR is more instos only, so they arent after any retail money at all.
The acquisition is a ridiculous bargain. $3.4M for 600k users on board? $5.66 a user
