Not sure if anyone else is interested in this company and its underwriting arrangements.

However - if you are - it might be worth doing a little more google work to learn more about some of the other Winteray directors and their background.

I spent five minutes researching one name and was astonished by some of the connections. The only thing that you have to realise is that the author got it wrong - it is one "z" and two "r"s rather than the other way round.
