Has that plan been submitted to the Angolan government? Has the government signed off on it? When was that plan disclosed to investors via stock market disclosures? There has been a very severe lack of information disclosure on this front from Pensana.

It's easy to say that they have a plan. But that's only the first step, and at this stage of development, there should have been more than just development of the plan - the plan should have been reviewed, critiqued, and signed off by the relevant authorities; or at the very least, a timeframe and expectations for these processes should have been disclosed by now. It's the lack of transparency that bothers me here, and it very much appears that this has been supplied only in response to recent criticism, rather than being disclosed as a normal part of doing business as a publicly traded company. That's not good enough. The details matter.
