Agree, would be very disappointing to see $1.04 get up
even $1.50 wouldn't be great, now we have more certainty and increased funding

Prior to all the media beat up and RC, the shares mostly traded around and above $2.00
I'd prefer to see their outlook and if positive sit on dividends for a few years (if an when they return)
