The trouble is with no trades having occurred in the OTC market you can't even find ECGFF on most platforms, you would think that with only 2/100's of a cent difference between the buy and the sell that they would just kick off the first sale. But yes I am sure the Market maker knows much more about what is happening than I ever will! JIMHO
