No its different there with the O2 device of Oventus there is a patented airway that goes down the side of the mouth , unfortunately you are right about the stock lacking traction though , could be a number of possible reasons for that ie could be retail price too high , trying to cover too large a sales territory , too high a admin costs , sales team not up to it , although without being on the ground all just conjecture on my part .
