If we can hold through 2021 into first quarter of 2022 then could be a good money earner if divested - $ in the kitty but you never know with a JV.
Maybe depends if we need the capital for the other projects which would make sense.
May be some of that crypto monopoly money might start to flow into more tangible assets and I reckon EV/battery related commodities will be a no brainer NFA.
