Technically Tax loss if it never trades again but this takes time before it's declared a complete right off given there is no recapitalisation. Technically I was advised by my accountant I can't claim this, have to wait and sometimes it's 12 mths from when recievers take over.
Eventually if it never trades you will be able to claim this loss just not this financial year!
