Just been re-researching AAF to find out the basics of where it stands, it has a pretty clean structure so easy to work through, thought I would share what I found.
As of 24-4-2009, AAF had 703306294 shares issued on the ASX. With a further 200000000 not quoted. The 1-1 issue announced on the 26-6-09, means if fully taken up by all shares would raise $903306 for AAF, meaning there would then be 1806612588 shares on issue.
Even If the offer is fully taken up and the price falls back to say as low as 0.002 due to dilution, it would value the company as $3.6 million, and this would be for a company that has: approx $1 mill cash from the issue, cash of $184000 (see March quarterly statements) money from the sale of the furnace (which is basically unknown others on here have posted possible $3 million not sure what this is based on would like to see some evidence backed claims) The company also holds 8 mining concessions in the DRC along with others in Australia.
Basically to me it is finally sounding pretty good the placement will be keeping AAF solvent and the sale revenue allowing them to pursue other projects.
Disclosure: I hold!!!!!!!!!!
