so they are looking at raising another half a bill shares at 1.25 cents, how on earth will they find someone to dump them on
or will they send CVI into debt for another reason.
options look to be the only play here, and that is only a hope, by play I mean just a trade, not long term.
the bonus ops look pretty certain of getting up this time, for what it's worth
