could weaken cab’s monopoly position

Charges could result in financial penalties but more importantly could weaken CAB’s monopoly position.

This is a complex situation and it is difficult to predict the outcome of legal proceedings and the impact on the business. Risk and uncertainty have increased but we are comforted by CAB’s undemanding PE ratio of 9.5x.

The matter is unlikely to be resolved soon.
