The only way from here is up.
Sales in this business are easily $700M p.a. at worst. It should be valued at 2 x sales at the very least.
Current valued at a 4% PAT margin. It could easily achieve a 10-20% PAT margin over time. 2.5 to 5 times upside in time is the minimum upside from here and shorters can enjoy the pain of covering when the next big boy enters the register.
I hope shorters upped their assault today as the pain only multiplies when the buyers enter. They will gradually drive the price up and leave shorters in their wake.
