re: Much more interesting is why is the u being used.

If the seller had a bar to sell and he wanted to get top dollar he would be dribbling the stock onto the market and a/ would be out by now and b/ would have achieved a higher average price.

Instead they have deliberately smashed the price down and kept the u on to keep it down.

Now either a/ the seller is a moron or b/ they know exactly what they want to do and HTA at 49c was not wanted just yet.
