This is totally a reasonable conclusion from a fairly brief/surface level look at DW8 (not having a go, I recognise you are trading and so will be looking at a lot of companies).
Just be aware of this.... The MARKET/Saas is not a cooked up strategy from 6 months, 1 year, even 2 years ago. DW8 have been building toward this for years. And executing a crapload of technology and development in this time frame. There is a lot of background underneath this tech push, just so you know. I am not going to try to convince you and show you all the necessary background. I haven't got the time to outline all that. However just so you know, this is the strategy of the company (and they have done a lot of execution to get here) and you may not recognise this from your research.
