    Yes the 3 questions I sent in 24 hrs before !

    1 - Can you tell me what is the delay in lodging the information that NOPTA has be awaiting for 63days

    2- in the event that application one is rejected by the JA what would BPH look like and what other pipeline of works will support the SH investment, noting that most SH are investing in the future of PEP 11 ?

    3 - when is it likely BAR will progress and get approval

    The only one really answered was number 3 ? and the answer was we hope to see approval in the future?

    DB steered clear of the other two questions!!!
