You would have to say that by reading the timeline of AEE's expenditure, Q4 in CY21 would be a safe bet for reinstatement. Going by their track record I would be surprised if AEE was reinstated in Q3 CY21.
Let's see how long it takes for AEE to send back the extra money I put in to apply for shortfall shares.
I'm not confident of what AEE's interpretation of "as soon as practicable" would actually mean, and hope the Corporations Act gets AEE moving.
