Obviously FDA minutes are coming first. Also regarding the Non clinical issues ...below is what I found on Google..

Nonclinical laboratory study means in vivo or in vitro experiments in which test articles are studied prospectively in test systems under laboratory conditions to determine their safety. The term does not include studies utilizing human subjects or clinical studies or field trials in animals..

So obviously the issue might be dose size, numbers , Finance etc..

As Dr Gil said they need to be on common ground, wouldn't be hard with the above issues or any other ones...

I think FDA is a big YES ...
