what are whe prospects next 12mths, page-2

1) Depends on the U308 price...in the near term.. In the long term the directors seem quite focussed on getting this slowly but surely into production...From when I spoke to them last they have cut down on office staff and expenses to a minimal ( which is a good sign)... their main focus seems to be on the Hungary project..and next on the one in US... with regards to HUngary the co., are well placed in terms of strategic partnerships but on sovereign risk I have read reports on Hungary not doing too well in the GFC...So if the country itself goes bankrupt then I guess there are geo economic issues involved there...so we have to wait and watch how it plays out . In the US with the massive need for cheap energy and the Obama admn ., view towards U308 the prospects are much better and I'm sure they will come into production in the medium term

2) Risks of Insolvency - are as good or as bad as any other junior I guess ...but with the company's attitude and Directors' resolve I dont think it will get into admin ., too easily...plus given the tight share registry I doubt if the top guys will let go of the lucrative leases in place......I guess downside risks are lower than the upside blue skies...My take as usual...pls DYOR rgds
