Further ISX argued it was a confirmation letter weeks later from some EU authority that made the VISA termination official to ISX and disclosure period began.
So ISX supporters and Swami can not argue it both ways in this case. Prioir correspondence between EML and Bank discussing this prior is nothing official...just as the discussion and emails between VISA and ISX for months were also deemed/argued not official reason for disclosue.
Garbage from swami in my opinion.
Short memory from a few here aswell regarding when disclosure begins when in discussions with other possibly price sensitive parties/issues.

Incredible that ASX have let EML continue to trade while ISX still halted

guess it's easier to beat up on a competitor than do the right thing!
