people are not moving to areas with lots of jobs because they can't get a place to live there, who wants to go to a shothole town to work their guts out to pay all of it in rent and living expenses, remember Moranbah a few years ago landlords in Moranbah whinging about FIFO and charging $2000 a week rent.
