I see and sympathise with the several complaints about non-response to email enquiries. It's poor behaviour towards shareholders.
Several times, once with MSB, I have had an excellent response by repeating my ignored enquiry directly to the Chairman, with the observation that I hold more shares than some directors.
The morning after my email to the MSB Chairman I received a phone call from USA from a senior person appropriate to my enquiry.
Demand your rights and cause a little discomfort to someone they will listen to. The Chairman must respond.
