re: completion date at khanong Some time ago, OXR mentioned that completion date of their Copper Plant would be at the end of March.
They later said that it would be "at the beginning of 2005".
Whatever, I do believe that it won't be later than the end of Febr.
Of course, transporting of heavy equipment without any mishaps will help. That article does show the arduous journey and it was good PR from OXR.
