Let's not carried away by the prospect of CDC guidelines. Remember that Gold was included in guidelines in 2005 but this did not bring a surge in demand.
I am expecting the new guidelines for all IGRAs to be broadly similar (e.g. I am sure they will still exclude children <5 years old from being tested with the IGRAs).
Therefore the guidelines themselves will not force a mass switch from TST as you seem to be predicing.
