This could just as likley say that Anteotech are taking this direction to put in the foundations of future test production in house. If so that says their goals are bigger than using 3rd party production as they're prepared to be setup to leapfrog that phase in Company building.
As it may also be hinting that they're keeping arrangements uncluttered for smother M&A activity with the likes of say Ellume.
All I know is there is 32M capacity - with Operon "prepared" to expand production - for European Market. So that begs the question - What's doing in Asia?
