Growth by acquisition is good quick strategy. Growth pains, merging systems, different cultures and stakeholder buy in all important to maximise shareholder value. I assume asia, africa and sth americia next on acquisition targets to get WWbrand . Good Ann but keep them coming. Also note a 3% gain in SP offsets 140m share issue dilution impacts DYOR
