    I assume it's the Ventia news dragging the SP down - could be the feeling that CIM is going to (yet again) sell one of its best performing businesses. Interestingly, the article in the AFR implied this wasn't being pushed by Apollo or Cimic at all, but rather the Ventia management who between them own 6% of Ventia.
