    I'm bullish on MEO but stoxline puts a resistance at 27 cents ?? and rates it as Neutral overall as a buy suggestion? we'll see....

    I'd put resistance at 23.5 and 25. Of which 23.5 was the tuff one and 25 minor.
    Next resistance not till 32 or so which I think stoxline gets about right.

    I'd be a bit more upbeat than neutral...
