There is a buyer and there a seller to conduct a transaction. Depends on which side of the Optimism/pessimism spectrum you are on, you can view it positively or negatively.
Today seems to be a day that a high net worth owner of DCN shares (saw 1,000,000 shares on the seller side) who decides to dump. Good for the buyers waiting patiently to buy DCN on the cheap.
