Interesting to compare the charts of three graphite companies (EGR, WKT and RNU) that have recently undertaken raisings and to see how similiar the charts patterns are after placements to Institutional or sophisticated investors
Interestingly all 3 had quite large price spikes prior to the raisings and whilst each company triggered their raising at a different point all 3 ended up raising at a similiar discount to the recent high.
Conclusion seems to be that Instos and sophisticates ignore recent spikes regardless of what caused them and want substantial discounts from them.
