The CR participants took the same risk as those buying on market. It was announced to the market as a done deal so it should not have been cancelled. Clearly cancelling the CR is not in the best interest of ARV and the majority of its shareholders.
The questions are... Did people, or their associates, who participated in the CR have any input into the decision to cancel? and..... how, and from who, are ARV going to raise the $10,000,000 they supposedly needed
